Job Title : HVAC BIM Modeler
Experience : 5 to 10 Years
Location : Airoli , Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- HVAC design, drawing, detailing, and MEP coordination
- Develop HVAC designs and detailed drawings, including modeling and coordination with other MEP services to ensure integrated building systems.
- Detailed HVAC modeling
- Conduct comprehensive 3D modeling for HVAC systems, ensuring accuracy and constructability in the digital environment.
- Air-conditioning duct and piping layout design
- Design air-conditioning duct layouts, perform duct sizing using duct size calculators, and prepare chilled and condenser water piping layouts with schematic riser diagrams.
- Creation of views, annotations, and quantity schedules
- Produce sections, 3D views, enlarged views, annotations, detailed quantity schedules, templates, and title sheet settings within the model.
- Plantroom layout design and coordination
- Design plantroom layouts in coordination with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to ensure optimal space utilization and serviceability.
- Clash coordination and resolution
- Execute clash coordination in Navisworks, perform clash analysis within and between services, and resolve identified clashes efficiently.
- Model conversion and documentation output
- Convert Revit models into CAD, DWF,



and PDF formats to ensure compatibility and accessibility for various project stakeholders.
- Generation of sections, schedules, and schematics
- Create explicit and accurate sections, schedules, and schematic diagrams within the model to represent project elements effectively.
- Preparation of fabrication and construction drawings
- Develop fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and Good for Construction (GFC) drawings with precise detailing for execution.
- Collaboration and problem-solving
- Work closely with team members and interface with clients to address project challenges and develop effective solutions.

Must Have

Essential requirements

- HVAC Revit
- Duct Sizing by using duct calculator determines optimal HVAC ductwork dimensions (round or rectangular) using CFM (airflow rate), friction rate, and velocity to ensure balanced airflow and efficiency
- Equipement selection
- Preparation of BIM Models and coordination
