a. Establish Quality Plans, Control plans, SOPs, Work instructions, guidelines related to Quality of Products / processes;

b. Coordinate with SCM to establish quality requirements from external suppliers;

c. Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency and effectiveness and assess the effectiveness of changes made;

d. Train and manage a team of quality control technicians;

e. Ensure that products consistently meet customer requirements;

f. Visit Key Suppliers sites to for supplier assessment, evaluation, audits and resolving quality related issues;

g. Ensure that Organization’s products and processes are consistently meet the specifications;

h. Implement and manage manufacturing process control systems with coordination with all related functions. (at Supplier site and at IISPL)

i. Encourage to Implement & execute continual improvement techniques, across all functions

Pay: ₹480,947.44 - ₹1,717,258.41 per year
