Office Timings: 8.30AM-5.30PM

Working Days: Monday-Saturday

Experience: 2 to 3 years in similar role

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

Resolve customer queries and after-sales service requests

Follow up on customer leads

Maintain accurate customer records in CRM

Coordinate with Sales, Service & Operations teams

Ensure an outstanding customer experience

We're Looking For

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Customer Support / After-Sales experience preferred

CRM knowledge and basic computer proficiency

Strong multitasking, problem-solving & time management skills

Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
