Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee the closing calls for our website process. The ideal candidate will manage a team of closing agents, ensuring they follow the best practices to convert leads into successful sales and provide exceptional customer service. This role will involve monitoring, training, and inspiring the team to meet daily and monthly performance goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
