Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning and play activities.
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children in the classroom.
- Monitor and document children's developmental progress.
- Lead and mentor assistant teachers and support staff.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and child-friendly classroom setting.
- Build positive relationships with parents through regular communication and progress updates.
- Implement behaviour management strategies in a positive and respectful manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and child protection policies.
- Organise celebrations, events, and parent engagement activities.
- Support the Centre Head in curriculum planning and daily operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
