We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager / Assistant Branch manager to lead our insurance team and drive business growth.

Responsibilities: Manage branch operations and sales activities. Recruit, train, and support insurance advisors. Achieve business and revenue targets. Build strong customer relationships. Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

5+ years of experience in insurance, banking, or sales management.

Strong leadership and communication skills

Age criteria: Below 42
