Position Summary:

As Marketing Lead you will own and execute Phenom Cloud’s global demand generation strategy across AMER and EMEA territories, with APAC expansion readiness built into future planning. You will drive multi-channel marketing campaigns, webinars, thought leadership initiatives, and marketing automation strategies to generate high-quality marketing-qualified leads for the SDR team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end global demand generation strategy across AMER and EMEA territories.
- Plan and manage webinar calendars, office hours, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes targeting enterprise accounts.
- Manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and regional paid campaigns.
- Configure and optimise HubSpot marketing automation workflows and reporting.
- Drive SEO and LinkedIn brand growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with Content Writer and SDR teams for campaign execution.
- Manage co-marketing initiatives with Cornerstone OnDemand and Odoo (along with, any other future partnerships/alliances).




- Track and report CAC, CPL, MQL volume, and pipeline contribution metrics.

Skills/Requirements:

- 7–8+ years of B2B demand generation or pipeline marketing experience.
- Strong experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and automation workflows.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead lifecycle and MQL/SQL frameworks.
- Experience managing global marketing campaigns across multiple regions.
- Excellent English communication and project management skills.
- Experience with webinar marketing and virtual event campaigns.
- Solid analytical and reporting capabilities.
