Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Field Sales Executive. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about meeting clients, generating business opportunities, building robust customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The selected candidates will receive hands-on training and practical exposure to field sales, client acquisition, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit prospective clients and businesses to introduce the company's software products and services.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and other sales activities.
- Meet potential customers, understand their business requirements, and present suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations at client locations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Conduct market research and gather competitor information from the field.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales updates.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.




- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven setting.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a proactive approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Internship or project experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
- Familiarity with the local market and business networking is a plus.
