Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, ERP exposure, and good analytical skills. Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals are also welcome to apply.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Activities

✔ Record purchase invoices and ERP entries

✔ Process bank receipt & payment entries

✔ Prepare scrap sales invoices

✔ Support day-to-day accounting operations

✔ Maintain accounting records and documentation

✔ Assist in budgeting and costing activities

✔ Verify Purchase Orders (POs)

Weekly & Monthly Activities

✔ Record and reconcile credit card expenses

✔ Monitor pending GRNs

✔ Generate E-Way Bills

✔ Update vendor & KYC documents

✔ Maintain ERP data accuracy

✔ Prepare finance reports

✔ Assist in stock valuation

✔ Support inventory reconciliation

✔ Process item conversions in ERP

✔ Support month-end inventory closing

Month-End Closing

✔ Verify purchase & expense entries

✔ Assist in financial reconciliations





✔ Support monthly closing activities

✔ Maintain accurate financial records

Required Skills

✔ Basic Accounting & Bookkeeping

✔ ERP Knowledge (Preferred)

✔ Microsoft Excel

✔ Google Workspace

✔ GST & E-Way Bill Knowledge

✔ Robust Analytical Skills

✔ Good Communication Skills

✔ Attention to Detail
