Job Title: Site Supervisor
Location: Trivandrum
Experience: 2 years (Preferred in interior fit-outs/modular furniture industry)
Education: ITI, Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (Preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site execution of modular furniture installations and interior fit-out projects, ensuring work is completed as per approved designs, quality standards, and within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day on-site activities for modular furniture and interior fit-out projects.
- Interpret and execute work based on 2D design drawings and project specifications given by the Company.
- Coordinate with the project coordinator and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and tools at the site.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain site reports, including progress updates and any in office issues.
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors as required.




- Ensure safety protocols and guidelines are strictly followed at the site.
- Travel to various project sites across Kerala as per the company’s requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2-years’ experience in a site supervision role, preferably in modular furniture or interior fit-out projects.
- Strong ability to read and understand 2D technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (Thiruvananthapuram): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
