We're Hiring: Senior HR Executive / HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive / HR Business Partner to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment along with core HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment across multiple business functions.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Drive recruitment strategies and partner with hiring managers to close critical positions within timelines.
- Manage core HR activities, employee engagement initiatives, and HR operations.
- Support employee lifecycle management and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Required Skills & Experience:





- Solid hands-on experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
- 8–10 years of experience in Recruitment and Core HR functions.
- Proven experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in employee engagement and HR operations will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
