About the Firm

Shah Teelani & Associates is a Chartered Accountants firm providing professional services in Direct Tax, GST, Audit & Assurance, Corporate Advisory, and Regulatory Compliance. We are looking for enthusiastic CA Articles who are eager to build a strong foundation in Income Tax practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for Individuals, Firms, Companies, LLPs, Trusts, and other entities.
- Prepare tax computations, advance tax, self-assessment tax, and TDS reconciliations.
- Handle Income Tax notices, scrutiny assessments, appeals, and related compliances.
- Prepare replies to notices received under the Income Tax Act.
- Assist in tax planning and advisory assignments.
- Conduct tax research on provisions, notifications, circulars, and judicial pronouncements.
- Work on Tax Audit assignments and preparation of Form 3CD.
- Assist in preparation of submissions before the Income Tax Department.
- Maintain client records and ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients for obtaining financial information and required documents.
- Support senior team members in various direct tax assignments.

Eligibility





- CA Inter (Both Groups/Single Group) or pursuing CA.
- Articleship registration with ICAI.
- Strong understanding of Direct Tax concepts.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and work in a skilled environment.

- Basic knowledge of the Income Tax Act and related compliances.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good drafting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
