Job Responsibilities:
- Manage OPD appointments and patient registration.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and minimise waiting time.
- Handle patient queries and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare daily OPD reports and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist with billing and insurance documentation, if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an OPD Coordinator or in a similar hospital role.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and computer skills (MS Office/HMS).
- Professional, organised, and patient-focused.
