Job Description:

The Finance executive is responsible for maangeing student fee collection, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely follow-up on outatnding dues and supporting the institutions's financial operations. The role requires robust communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete student fee collection process.
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) report using excel
- Preparing documentation and financial records for internal and external audits.
- Generate and issue fee invoices, receipts, and payment acknowledgements
- Monitor fee payment schedules and followup with students/parents for overdue payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all fee transactions.
- Implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud or financial mismanagement
- Provide support for the annual budgeting process




- Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly data on payments and receivables
- Should be keen in Bookkeeping and preparation of documents, vouchers etc
- Maintenance of various accounting registers for purchases and sales
- Maitenance of various accounting registers for expense and income

Qualifications:

- Masters/Bachelors degree in commerce or relevant course background
- 1 year of experience in fee collection, finance, accounts preferably in an educational institution
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Freshers with bachelors in Commerce or Completed advanced course in accounts are considered
