Position: Interior Project Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Interior Project Engineer to oversee the execution of interior fit-out and turnkey projects. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, quality control, project planning, vendor management, and ensuring timely project completion within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day execution of interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quantity verification, material planning, and procurement coordination.
- Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures are followed.
- Monitor project costs, material consumption, and site productivity.
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Coordinate inspections, snag rectification, testing, and project handover.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in interior fit-out or turnkey project execution.
- Robust knowledge of interior finishing works, BOQs, drawings, and site execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project (preferred).
- Good understanding of project planning, material management, and vendor coordination.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
