This role sits within the product and compliance function, ensuring that all offerings meet technical standards, regulatory requirements, and certification benchmarks across markets.

You will operate at the intersection of engineering, quality, and regulatory compliance — working closely with R&D;, product, and external bodies to ensure compliant, reliable, and market-ready solutions.

What you’ll work on

Product Compliance Management

Ensure products meet regulatory, safety, and industry standards across markets

Certifications & Standards

Manage certifications like BIS, CE, FCC and coordinate with testing agencies

Testing & Validation

Oversee product testing, validation processes, and quality benchmarks

Documentation & Audit Readiness

Maintain technical documentation and ensure readiness for audits and inspections

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work with R&D;, product, and quality teams to ensure compliant product development

Who this role is for





- - 4–10 years of experience in technical product compliance, quality, or regulatory roles

- - Strong understanding of product standards, certifications (BIS, CE, FCC), and compliance processes

- - Experience working with testing labs, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities

- - Background in electronics, surveillance, IT hardware, or manufacturing is preferred

- - Familiarity with product testing, validation, and quality assurance practices

- - Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

- - Ability to collaborate with R&D;, product, and cross-functional teams
