he Front Office Executive is responsible for managing the reception area and ensuring a smooth patient experience from appointment scheduling to billing and follow-up. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a patient-friendly approach while maintaining confidentiality and efficient clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Register current patients and update existing patient records.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for dentists and specialists.
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all information.
- Coordinate patient flow to minimize waiting time.
- Prepare and maintain daily appointment schedules.
- Generate bills, collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain billing records.




- Coordinate with insurance providers or third-party administrators when applicable.
- Maintain front office registers and clinic documentation.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and recalls.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of front office stationery and supplies.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care and communication.
- Handle patient concerns and escalate complaints to the clinic manager or dentist when necessary.
- Comply with clinic policies, confidentiality requirements, and infection control guidelines.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
