We are looking for a skilled UI Developer with 2–3 years of experience building responsive, user-friendly web interfaces. You will work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality digital products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive UI components using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and jQuery
- Translate design mockups into clean, maintainable, and cross-browser-compatible code.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and Agile ceremonies.
- Manage tasks and bugs in Jira; maintain project documentation in Confluence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate progress.
- Take ownership of assigned features from development through deployment and post-deployment testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues and ensure consistent experience across devices and browsers.
- Stay current with front-end trends and contribute ideas to improve team processes.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), SCSS/SASS.
- Hands-on experience with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS for responsive layouts.
- Working knowledge of jQuery for DOM manipulation and interactivity.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and basic CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility.
- Ability to integrate front-end with RESTful APIs.
Tolls and Soft Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for task and project management.
- Strong accountability — takes ownership and delivers on commitments.
- Effective communicator and collaborator across design, dev, and stakeholder teams.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills and a quality-first mindset.
- Exposure to Figma or similar design handoff tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of qualified UI/front-end development experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating responsive UI and interface work.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
