Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Financial Record Maintenance:
- Maintain and manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate recording of all financial
data in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and update financial statements, ledgers, and journals in compliance with accounting
standards.
- GST Compliance:
- Calculate and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) accurately and within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including input tax credit reconciliation and maintaining
proper documentation.
- TDS Management:
- Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable rates,



ensuring timely deposits to the government.
- Prepare and file TDS returns (Form 26Q, Form 27Q, etc.) and ensure correctness of data.
- Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis.
- Generate GST and TDS-related reports from Tally to assist in management decision-making.
- Reconciliation:
- Perform reconciliation of accounts, including bank reconciliation, vendor, and customer accounts.
- Reconcile GST and TDS liabilities with the corresponding returns and ensure that any discrepancies
are addressed promptly.
- Audit Support:
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related
to GST and TDS.
- Prepare audit schedules and support documentation as required.
