Job Description – Sales Executive (Watches & Sunglasses)

Position : Sales Executive – Wholesale Sales

Location- Pune

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in the wholesale and trading business of watches and sunglasses. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Pune market and nearby cities, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to generate business from retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and expand the wholesale dealer and retailer network for watches and sunglasses.

* Conduct daily market visits across Pune and nearby cities to generate new business opportunities.

* Meet retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and traders to secure new orders.

* Carry product samples and conduct physical product presentations to prospective customers.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and increase market penetration.

* Collect payments from customers and ensure timely follow-up of outstanding dues.

* Prepare daily visit reports, order reports, and market feedback reports.

* Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and timely deliveries.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

* Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.





* Travel regularly to nearby cities around Pune as part of the sales territory.

Required Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).

Experience

* 3–5 years of experience in wholesale or trading sales.

* Prior experience in **watches, sunglasses, fashion accessories, or FMCG distribution** will be preferred.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of the Pune market and surrounding cities.

* Experience in wholesale sales, dealer development, and distribution.

* Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.

* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting.

* Willingness to travel extensively on a daily basis.

Salary & Benefits

* Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

* Petrol Allowance - Reimbursed separately as per company policy.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.

* Candidates with an existing dealer and retailer network in Pune and nearby markets will have an added advantage.

* Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel daily.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
