Position Overview

Are you the UI/UX prodigy with a pixel-perfect mindset and a knack for research? If you're obsessed with seamless user journeys, intuitive interfaces, and can wireframe your way out of anything—we want you on our team. At GBIM Technologies, a digital-first, design-powered marketing agency, we’re looking for a UI/UX Design Intern who is detail-obsessed, strategically creative, and research-driven.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Design clean, functional, and aesthetic UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows for websites, apps, and landing pages.
- Conduct UX research, user interviews, and usability testing to uncover pain points and improve user experience.
- Create low- to high-fidelity wireframes and iterate quickly.




- Collaborate with developers, content creators, and digital marketers to bring experiences to life.
- Adapt and optimize designs for responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Apply UX principles and brand guidelines while bringing your unique style.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions—no idea is too far-fetched.
- Analyze user behavior, flows, heatmaps, and feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Uizard, Galileo AI, Firefly, ChatGPT) to boost your workflow.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, UX patterns, and AI-powered UI tools.

What We’re Looking For

- Freshers welcome—creativity and curiosity are key.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator; exposure to AI-based UX tools is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UX heuristics, usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills, design thinking, and problem-solving.
- Research-driven, self-motivated, and eager to dive into user psychology.
- Clear communication and storytelling skills to explain design decisions.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
