We are looking for an experienced SAP Faculty to deliver practical and industry-oriented training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of one or more SAP modules and be able to provide hands-on learning with real-time business scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, etc.).
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct hands-on lab sessions using real-time business scenarios.
- Guide students in live projects and SAP certification preparation.
- Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
- Resolve student queries and offer academic support.
- Update course content based on the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth course delivery.
- Maintain attendance, student progress, and training records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or SAP Faculty.
- Robust expertise in one or more SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, etc.).
- SAP Certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts through practical examples.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of ERP business processes.
- Experience in project implementation is an added advantage.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
