Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Review drawings, specifications, and project scope before execution.

• Prepare work schedules, material requirements, and manpower planning.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth workflow.

2. Site Execution & Supervision

• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work progresses as per plan.

• Provide technical guidance to site supervisors and subcontractors.

• Ensure installation works follow approved drawings and industry standards.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Conduct routine quality checks during installation.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.

• Report any deviations, errors, or quality concerns promptly.

4. Material & Vendor Management

• Track material consumption and maintain inventory levels.

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.

• Verify material quality against specifications.

5. Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Attend site meetings and update clients on project progress.

• Handle technical queries and provide solutions.

• Coordinate with architects,



consultants, and contractors.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, and measurement sheets.

• Prepare project status reports for management.

• Assist in billing and verification of subcontractor work.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in project execution (interiors, construction, or related fields).

• Strong understanding of technical drawings and site procedures.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in glass partition, interior fit-out, or aluminum systems (optional but beneficial).

• Knowledge of quality standards and safety regulations

Salary: 25 to 30 k per month

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
