Job Profile:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a passion for building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for recruitment and HR-related activities.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned HR activities.

Requirements:

- MBA (HR) – Mandatory.
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Internship experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and good interpersonal skills.
