We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company records. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
- Review and correct errors to ensure data integrity.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- Generate reports and retrieve information as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update data.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role is an advantage.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and office software.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valuable communication and time management skills.
