About the Role
Gaiara is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Fashion Designer cum Sales Executive to join our luxury fashion showroom. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a premium shopping experience while assisting customers with styling and garment selection.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and warmth.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable outfits.
- Provide styling advice and product knowledge.
- Handle showroom sales and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with the design team for customer requirements and custom orders.
- Assist with stock management and inventory updates.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in fashion retail or luxury showroom sales is an advantage.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Pay: ₹9,453.43 - ₹15,000.00 per month
