Job Purpose

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for driving New Car Finance business by managing and expanding the dealer network, leading a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Executives, and achieving business, profitability, and portfolio quality targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive New Car Loan business across the assigned geography through automobile dealerships.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with OEM dealers, dealer principals, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, coach, and monitor a team of Relationship Managers/Sales Officers to achieve monthly business targets.
- Identify current dealership tie-ups and expand market coverage.
- Ensure healthy lead generation, customer acquisition, and loan disbursement.




- Monitor productivity, conversion ratios, login-to-disbursement efficiency, and dealer performance.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Collections teams for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
- Monitor portfolio quality and support collection efforts to maintain delinquency within defined limits.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to improve market share.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and business reviews for management.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
