We are looking for an experienced and professional Salon Manager to lead our salon operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the salon.
- Supervise and motivate salon staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle appointments, staff scheduling, and inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and salon standards.
- Drive sales and achieve business targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and solve customer concerns professionally.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
