Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for our CHA / Logistics Total Solution Company who will be responsible for client retention, field visits, business development, and lead generation. The candidate should have knowledge of Custom Clearance, Freight Forwarding, Transportation, and Logistics services and must be able to maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate new business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle existing client database and maintain strong relationships
- Visit clients' offices / factories / warehouses for client retention and follow-up
- Generate new leads from market, references, and field visits
- Promote company services such as:
- Customs Clearance (CHA)
- Air / Sea Freight
- Road Transportation
- Warehousing
- Total Logistics Solution
- Coordinate with operation team, documentation team, and accounts team
- Prepare quotations, service proposals, and follow-ups
- Resolve client complaints and provide proper service support
- Maintain daily visit report and lead report
- Achieve monthly / quarterly business targets
- Develop new customers in import / export / manufacturing / trading companies
- Maintain skilled behavior as per company rules

Field Work Responsibility:

- Regular field office visit for client retention
- Meet existing customers personally
- Collect new client data & update database
- Generate new enquiries from market
- Attend client meetings for business development

Required Skills:

- Experience in CHA / Freight Forwarding / Logistics Company




- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of import export process
- Ability to handle clients independently
- Basic computer knowledge (Email / Excel / CRM)
- Smart personality & professional attitude

Experience:

- Minimum 1–5 years in Logistics / CHA / Freight / Transport company

Qualification:

- Graduate / Diploma / Any relevant experience in logistics
