Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining our products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into potential business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/Excel records.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer support and follow-ups.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil.
- Malayalam proficiency will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

- Any Graduate can apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome.
