Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Content Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and promoting engaging content that strengthens our brand presence in the marine, automation, and electrical engineering sectors. The role involves developing content for digital platforms, generating leads through content marketing, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and case studies.
- Write technical and industry-related content focused on marine electrical, automation, and engineering solutions.
- Manage and update website content to improve user engagement and SEO performance.
- Plan and execute LinkedIn and other social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with engineering, sales,



and project teams to gather technical information and convert it into customer-friendly content.
- Monitor content performance and generate reports on engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Stay updated on marine industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in SEO, content strategy, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency with content management systems and marketing tools.
- Ability to understand and simplify technical concepts.
