Job Title: DMS Executive

Job Summary:
Responsible for accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and processing of dealership transactions in the Suzuki Dealer Management System (DMS), supporting smooth sales and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update customer, vehicle, booking, and sales details in DMS.
- Process vehicle bookings, allotments, invoicing, and delivery-related entries.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Insurance, RTO, and other departments.
- Update payment, registration, insurance, and delivery status in the system.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly DMS/MIS reports.
- Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and reporting.




- Ensure all DMS entries are completed within prescribed timelines.
- Follow dealership and Suzuki processes and reporting standards.

Requirements: Graduate with good computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Excel, attention to detail, and good coordination skills. Previous experience with automobile dealership DMS, especially Maruti Suzuki, is preferred.
