Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Career Specialist to join our Admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, counselling prospective candidates, qualifying leads, and scheduling branch visits. If you enjoy interacting with people, achieving targets, and helping students make informed career decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound enquiries via phone, website, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on existing leads.
- Understand students' educational background, career goals, and course interests.
- Qualify leads based on eligibility and readiness to enroll.
- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed branch walk-ins.
- Schedule appointments and provide branch details, timings, and document requirements.
- Update and maintain enquiry records in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and complete lead coverage.
- Coordinate with the Admissions team for seamless lead handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enquiry and conversion targets.
- Submit daily reports on calls, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.




- 0–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Admissions, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Academic Counselling.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English and the regional language.
- Good interpersonal, counselling, and listening skills.
- Comfortable handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
