We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to deliver exceptional support to healthcare professionals using our digital medical information platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting users with onboarding, resolving product-related queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat.
- Assist users with product registration, login issues, account activation, and subscription-related queries.
- Guide customers through product features and basic troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and track them through resolution.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Coordinate with the Sales,



Product, and Technical teams to address customer concerns effectively.
- Support customer onboarding and product adoption initiatives.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities for product and service improvement.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on support activities, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- Solid interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to learn software products quickly.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹10,493.57 - ₹20,000.00 per month
