Job Description:
The Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance is responsible for driving the agency business by recruiting and training insurance advisors. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to enhance the performance of the agency network, ensuring that advisors are equipped to meet their targets. The individual will collaborate with advisors to identify prospects, facilitate smooth onboarding processes, and provide ongoing support and mentorship. Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and develop a team of insurance advisors to grow the agency business.
