- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure support, service desk, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of:
- Windows Server and Windows Desktop environments
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Endpoint management tools
- IT ticketing systems
- Exposure to automation tools such as:
- PowerShell
- Python
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Power Apps (advantageous)
- Basic SQL knowledge (advantageous)
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
