Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Product Head in all aspects of product features, positioning, and sales pitch for new and existing products.

- Coordinate internally for regulatory filings and approvals; maintain product documentation and reports.

- Interact with stakeholders to make products saleable across channels.

- Collaborate with fund managers for team and market communications.

- Track competitor products, industry AUM movement, and identify product opportunities.

- Develop product-related communications and market updates.

- Collate and maintain weekly/monthly reports and presentations.

Key Aspects of Role:

- Market analysis: peer review, fund flows, SIP trends.

- Product TER comparison and strategic insights.

- Sales support and channel-wise communication strategies.





- Customer lifecycle management for retail digital investors.

- Assist in recent product development and launch planning.

- Assist in preparing product presentations and marketing materials.

- Coordinate with fund managers for communications and reporting.

- Provide inputs for board presentations on industry trends.

- Support content creation for digital and marketing teams.

- Bridge between HR and Learning & Development for product-related initiatives.

Skills Required:

- Strong analytical and research skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Knowledge of Mutual Fund Industry, Equity, Fixed Income Markets, and investment products.

- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, preferably with macros).

- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.

- Understanding of regulatory aspects of products and sales.

- Experience with investor education programs and campaigns.

- Knowledge of PMS/AIF will be an added advantage.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum Qualification: Post Graduation in Finance.

- Experience: 5–10 years.
