Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented MIS Executive with advanced Excel skills to manage reporting, data analysis, and dashboard preparation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling large datasets, generating accurate reports, and providing actionable insights to support business operations and management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Generate operational, recruitment, attendance, payroll, and performance reports.
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, and analytical reports.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and data cleaning activities.
- Identify trends, patterns, and business insights from available data.




- Coordinate with various departments to obtain required information.
- Support management with ad-hoc reporting requirements.
- Automate reporting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reports simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Certification in Advanced Excel will be preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Operations, HR, Recruitment, or Workforce Management.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Power BI will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
