Performance Marketing & Digital Growth Executive

We are looking for a proactive, analytical and growth-driven professional to manage the complete digital marketing ecosystem for Label Kuhoo and Label Kuhoo Pret. This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond running ads and is passionate about scaling e-commerce brands through data, creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, monitor and scale Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track and optimise campaign performance to improve ROAS, sales and profitability.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on ROAS, sales, ad performance and other key metrics.
- Manage and optimise our Shopify websites, including product pages, collections, landing pages and banners.
- Ensure accurate tracking, pixel implementation and conversion reporting across all digital platforms.
- Research winning ad creatives, campaign ideas and market trends, and suggest recent creative concepts.
- Identify, coordinate and collaborate with UGC creators and influencers for performance-driven content.




- Work closely with the design and content teams to improve ad creatives and website conversions.
- Leverage AI tools to improve research, reporting, copywriting, creative ideation and overall marketing efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Continuously identify new opportunities, growth hacks and strategies to scale both brands online.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing for an e-commerce brand.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking and reporting.
- Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently and drive measurable business growth.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
