A job involves providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, managing inventory (restocking, organizing), maintaining store appearance (cleaning, displays), and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping experience, essentially being the face of the brand and supporting daily retail operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, recommend products, and handle complaints professionally.
- Sales & Transactions: Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, process payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Merchandising: Restock shelves, arrange product displays, and maintain visual standards.
- Inventory: Assist with stock counts, receiving shipments, and reporting low stock.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Loss Prevention:



Monitor the sales floor and follow security procedures.
