ABOUT THE HEALING WIZ

The Healing Wiz is a growing transformation and healing organisation delivering high-impact monthly workshops and programs. As we scale toward our annual revenue target of Rs. 6 Crore+, we are building robust financial systems and processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to own the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Finance Executive is responsible for managing the company's financial records, processing transactions, handling reconciliations, and supporting the leadership team with accurate financial reporting. This is a foundational finance role — you will have the opportunity to build and improve financial processes as the organisation scales. The role reports to the Operations and Delivery Head.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all accounts are up to date.
- Track workshop-wise revenue, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L; summaries for leadership review.
- Manage vendor payments and maintain a payment schedule.
- Support GST filings, TDS compliance, and coordination with the company's CA or external auditor.
- Maintain organised documentation of all financial records and ensure audit readiness.




- Monitor budgets and flag variances to the Operations and Delivery Head.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense management.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

- Accuracy and timeliness of books and financial records.
- On-time completion of reconciliations and compliance filings.
- Quality and timeliness of monthly financial reports.
- Audit readiness of documentation.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 2–4 years of experience in an accounts or finance executive role.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Indian accounting and tax compliance.
- Solid numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification preferred; CA Inter candidates welcome.
