Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring cash flow, reconciling bank statements, and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the company. The successful candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate financial records, journals, and general ledgers.
- Record and verify financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.




- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team workplace.
