Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented HR Communications Executive to manage internal HR

communications and enhance employee engagement through clear, consistent, and effective

communication. The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting HR communications, managing

employee announcements, coordinating engagement initiatives, and ensuring timely dissemination of

HR policies and organizational updates.

Key Responsibilities

 Create engaging communication content for employee engagement programs, recognition

initiatives, and organizational events.

 Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, wellness programs,

celebrations, CSR activity and internal campaigns.

 Ensure consistency in the organization's HR communication tone, branding, and messaging.

 Coordinate communication related to employee onboarding , induction, confirmations,

promotions, transfers, and exits.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide communication initiatives.

 Prepare presentations, posters, digital creatives, and email campaigns for HR initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
