- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage distributor operations, stock levels, billing, and claims.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and coverage across all outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Execute sales schemes, promotions, and market activation plans.
- Track competitor activities and share market insights with management.
- Conduct daily market visits and route planning.
- Guide and monitor DSRs/Salesmen for productivity improvement.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit MIS on time.
Required Skills
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of FMCG distribution and retail network.
- Ability to handle targets and pressure.
- Basic Excel/reporting knowledge.
- Two-wheeler mandatory.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
