Tender Identification

- Monitor various portals and platforms such as the Government e‑Marketplace and Central Public Procurement Portal for new tender opportunities.
- Review tender documents and assess eligibility criteria.

Tender Preparation & Submission

- Prepare tender documents, technical bids, and commercial proposals.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids through online portals or physical submission where required.

Documentation & Compliance

- Compile required documents such as company registration, financial statements, certifications, and statutory compliances.
- Ensure all tender requirements are met before submission.

Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, operations, and management to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
- Liaise with clients or government authorities for clarifications related to tenders.





Bid Tracking & Follow-up

- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and results.
- Follow up for tender openings, clarifications, and award notifications.

Market Research

- Analyze competitor bids and market trends to improve bid competitiveness

Skills Required

Required Skills

- Knowledge of tendering procedures and procurement processes
- Familiarity with government tender portals
- Solid documentation and analytical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
- 5-7 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or bid management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
