Sales Executive – UPVC Windows & Doors

Ideal Candidate Profile

2–5 years of experience in UPVC windows, aluminium windows, glass, façade, or building materials.

Existing contacts with architects, builders, interior designers, PMC consultants, and contractors.

Comfortable with site visits and client meetings.

Able to prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.

Should have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities

Generate recent leads for UPVC windows and doors.

Meet architects, builders, and homeowners.

Conduct product presentations.

Coordinate measurements with the technical team.

Prepare quotations and negotiate orders.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain a CRM or daily sales report.

Salary Structure (Bengaluru)

Fresher: ₹18,000–20,000 per month + incentives + Room facility

Experienced (2–5 years): ₹30,000–40,000 per month + incentives + Room facility

High performers can earn ₹60,000+ per month including incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
