IIW Hosting is looking to recruit Account Assessment Specialist to join our Account Assessment team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Customer Service Specialists
- Linux System Admin L1 to L3
- Windows System Admin
- Technical Support Manager
- Database Administrator III (MySQL)
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 1 Year of customer service, call center and sales experience
- Graduation with Commerce or Business related streams
- Math skills to successfully determine refunds if necessary
- Ability to make informed decisions on customer issues
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and customers
- Must be able to type 45 wpm or more
- Must have excellent time management and troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
