Job Title: Senior Architect

Education: B.Arch

Role Description: Senior Architect

Should be capable of independently handling projects from concept to completion, coordinating with consultants, preparing detailed drawings, and managing client interactions.

The Senior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management,



overseeing software development and integration, and ensuring the successful completion of various projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing and presenting design concepts, managing project timelines, collaborating with clients and team members, and maintaining high standards of design quality.

Required Skills & Proficiencies:

- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
- Proficiency in Related Softwares for 2D, 3D and rendering
- Robust Project Management skills
- Strong design sensibility and a good eye for detailing and materiality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience (internship experience will also be considered)
- Portfolio showcasing professional work is mandatory
