- Design and build full-stack features using clean architecture and OOP principles
- Apply TDD across day-to-day development
- Contribute to domain-driven design and architectural decisions as the platforms scale
- Work in agile sprints alongside the UK team: planning, standups, retros
- Support CI/CD and wider DevOps practices
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of skilled software development experience
- Strong OOP fundamentals and a track record of writing clean, maintainable code
- Practical experience with clean architecture and domain-driven design
- Comfortable working test-first
- Laravel, PHP, PostgreSQL and React preferred
- DevOps experience (CI/CD, containers, cloud) is a strong plus
