- Handling the controls issue for all Genset & Engines at site location & inhouse
- BOM error correction, wiring diagram read and issue resolution at Test cell, Assembly. (Starter, Alternator, Wiring harness, Sensors, switches, Control panel)
- Support to Assembly & Test cell / Upfit support for Genset
- Maintaining Drawings revision for all control parts.
- Acquire input from the plant team to update designs and make any necessary adjustments.
- Travel to site locations and field (10%)
- Lab support for ECM
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience: 6 to 10 Years
- Qualification: Bachelor of Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Integration and troubleshooting skills for various electrical and electronics parts or sub-systems into a whole Genset System
- Well versed with CR/CN, SRC process
- Valuable understanding on Root-Cause Analysis
